4. Your obligations as a player

You shall not engage in any fraud, collusion, fixing or other illegal activity in connection with Your or third parties' participation in any Game and shall not use any means What methods or techniques or hardware devices are supported by the software for Your participation in any game. 7. Violations

  • 7.1. Without prejudice to any other rights, if the User breaches in whole or in part any of the terms contained herein, OZE reserves the right to take the following actions as it sees fit, including termination Terminate this Agreement or any other agreement applicable to the User and/or take legal action against such User.

8. Limitations and responsibilities

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will OZE be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other loss) arising from the use (or misuse) of the Services even if OZE has prior knowledge of the possibility of such occurrence those damages.

  • 8.2. Nothing in this Agreement will exclude or limit OZE's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

9. Disputes

If the User wishes to make a complaint, please contact the OZE __ customer service team at support@ OZE__. If any dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue remedies in the governing jurisdictions set forth below.

10. Amendment

OZE reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time or to change the Services without notice and you will be bound by such revised Agreement upon posting. We therefore encourage you to check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the Agreement in effect at that time. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any modifications to the Agreement.

11. Governing law

The Agreement and any matters related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. You irrevocably agree that, subject to the provisions below, the courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any claim, dispute or difference relating to the Agreement and any any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right they may have to object to an action brought in those courts, or to declare that the action has been brought in another forum. inconvenient, or that the courts do not have jurisdiction. 12. Transfer

OZE reserves the right to assign this agreement in whole or in part at any time without notice. User may not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.

13. Taking advantage of benefits

If the Casino becomes aware of any user who has accepted a bonus or promotion for the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value of returning the bonus using known methods to ensure claim money from the said bonus or in any way attempt to take advantage of the bonus received by OZE, then OZE will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and close the account with the right to retain any withdraw any other money.
